Why do I do what I do?
Life is weird. And hard. but also beautiful. I'm very passionate about mental health/illness/wellness. I've experienced a lot of things in my life.
I also lost my father to depression when I was young.
I make this art because I don't want anyone else to go through/feel what my father went through, or what I went through.

I think mental health care needs to be even more accessible to everyone.
Everyone goes through trauma in their life and it can come in many forms and at any time. We all handle things in different ways. Sure we can't prevent all trauma, but how we feel, deal and heal from it can *change for the better.

Emotional regulation should be taught to children (at school) so they can grow up to have healthier relationships to themselves and others.
We all have the potential to live a better life. Yes. Including you.
